Suttner ST75 Foam Head
The Suttner ST75 Foam Head is engineered specifically for generating rich, consistent foam – ideal for applications like roof treatments, truck washing, agricultural sanitising, and commercial cleaning. Whether you’re applying treatment for roofing, degreasing heavy equipment, or sanitising food-grade surfaces, the ST75 delivers maximum foam with minimal hassle.
Built in Germany by RM Suttner, this foam head is purpose-built for use with high-pressure water blasters. It’s designed to atomise chemicals with air and water to produce dense, clingy foam – giving you better chemical coverage, longer dwell time, and more effective results.
This isn’t a plug-and-play item – the internal setup of the ST75 must be matched to your pump’s flow rate (litres per minute) to ensure proper foaming performance. We recommend calling us first so we can configure it to suit your gear.

Suttner ST75 Foam Head – Built for Foaming, Tuned for Your System
If foam is your game, the Suttner ST75 is the tool you want in your kit. Unlike general-purpose injectors or low-cost foam attachments, the ST75 is designed from the ground up to deliver thick, even foam through proper air and chemical mixing. That’s why it’s widely used by professionals in roof treatment, truck washing, and food-grade sanitising.
This is a dedicated foaming unit, not a downstream injector – so it’s not for chemical draw via venturi. Instead, it’s made to work with a foaming lance or applicator, mixing chemical and air at the optimal ratio for your application.
But here’s the key: The ST75 must be internally matched to your water blaster’s flow rate. If the internals aren’t right, you’ll either get poor foam or pressure issues. That’s why we highly recommend giving us a call before ordering, so we can supply it pre-set to your LPM requirements.
